The Guardian Lab is designed to help churches establish or strengthen a capable volunteer protection team through practical planning, performance-based firearms instruction, and sustainable training practices. Before the course begins, we’ll meet with church leadership to understand your ministry, assess your current approach, and tailor the experience to your team’s needs.
What You’ll Develop
Day One | Building the Framework

Improve draw efficiency and accountability under time.

Validate individual capability through structured performance assessments.

Leave with a repeatable training framework for sustaining skills and onboarding new volunteers.
