THE LAB

The idea behind The Lab came from a simple observation: meaningful improvement doesn’t happen by simply repeating the same thing over and over. It comes from testing, observing, analyzing, and refining a process.

That mindset was inspired in part by watching how research is conducted. In a laboratory, every experiment provides data. Successes are understood, failures are examined, and each result leads to a better process. Improvement is intentional—not accidental.

That’s the philosophy behind every Lab session.

Rather than simply telling you to shoot faster or practice more, we teach you how to evaluate your own performance, understand what your firearm and your sights are communicating, and make informed adjustments. Every drill becomes an experiment. Every repetition becomes feedback. Every session leaves you with a clearer understanding of why something worked—or why it didn’t.

The goal isn’t just to perform better today. It’s to give you a repeatable method for continuous improvement, long after the class is over.

LABS & MODULES

CONCEALMENT LAB - The foundation of the LAB system. Performance starts with fundamentals. The Concealment Lab is an immersive one day learning experience focused on developing efficient mechanics, accountable shooting, and the ability to coach yourself through purposeful training. Whether you're new to structured training or looking to refine your skills, you'll leave with a process - not just drills.

PERFORMANCE BLOCK - A focused workshop designed to bridge the gap between understanding the fundamentals and applying them with greater efficiency. Rather than chasing speed, you’ll learn how to produce faster, more predictable performance by refining the processes that create consistency.

DYNAMIC BLOCK - The third step in the Concealment Lab series, building on the principles learned in the Concealment Lab & Performance Block by applying them under movement. Develop the skills to move efficiently, maintain accountability, and resolve shooting problems in a dynamic environment.

GUARDIAN LAB - The guarding Lab is a two day consulting and training experience designed to help churches build capable, sustainable church safety program. Together we will evaluate your current approach, establish a practical framework, and develop a training program that equips your team to grow and develop.
